At Bageecha, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our plant care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ask.bageecha@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Consumable plant care products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
